This paper proposes the architecture design of the automatic growing seedling platform based on the plan based control system using a robot and an monitoring system. The main objective of this paper is to propose the function definition of an automatic growing seedling platform based on business management. Specifically, in this paper, we design the platform as three modules, 1) growing seedling management system, 2) growing seedling control system and 3) growing seedling monitoring system. The results are implement based on the pattern of spring MVC supports on a web-based service platform. Its system was implemented and installed in nursery faclitites which is located in Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do.
