In this study, in order to develop a hose with heat resistance, pressure resistance, and durability performance that can be used for hydrogen fuel, CAE was performed on the wire applied to the important braided layer in the internal structure. Based on the results of a tensile test performed on three types of wires, the oblateness and maximum stress generated when the hose is bent were confirmed through computational analysis. As a result of the comparison, the oblateness showed a difference of about 1% without having a large effect on the change in wire diameter, and the maximum stress generated a difference of about 19%. Therefore, it was decided that the diameter of the wire should be selected according to the application requirements of the hose.
