Abstract
The purpose of this study is to manage the environment by producing heating, dehumidification, and air circulation modules in one form for the optimal temperature and humidity environmental conditions of crops in facility greenhouses. The heating module is made of detachable form by constructing 3.5 kW of electric power using PTC surface heating element. The dehumidification module changes the arrangement of condenser and evaporator by cooling dehumidification method, and the refrigerant is effectively used to make the best dehumidification. We designed and manufactured a waterproof motor and an aluminum fan that can be used in the high temperature and high humidity environment of the greenhouse. To verify the performance, the sensor and equipment in the greenhouse were installed to verify that the temperature can be managed more than 10℃ and the humidity is over 20%.
