Abstract
The aim of this study was to calculate and analyze the equivalent load and equivalent rotation speed through the measured load during plow and rotary operations of tractor for the accurate durability test of the tractor hydraulic pump. Pressure sensors are installed between the output and hoses of the main hydraulic pump and the auxiliary hydraulic pump, respectively. The equivalent load for tractor was calculated using the load data measured based on the Palmgren-Miner equation. The integrated equivalent load of the hydraulic pump was calculated by applying annual working hours of plow and rotary operation. The integrated equivalent loads of the hydraulic pump and the auxiliary hydraulic pump were 61.44 and 100.51 bar, and the integrated equivalent rotational speeds were 2,169.82 and 2,159.57 rpm, respectively. The equivalent pressure of the tractor hydraulic pump differed by up to 1.75 times between the main hydraulic pump and the auxiliary hydraulic pump. This study can provide basic data for durability test of tractor hydraulic components. In future study, the hydraulic pump load data can be used for accelerated life test of tractor hydraulic components.
