Abstract
In this study, an overturning simulation model of the self-propelled radish harvesters was developed using Recurdyn for fall prevention. Ground and contact conditions were set and rotated the driving direction by 360°. Simulation results of the overturning simulation of the radish harvester was found that the maximum overturning angle was 63.3° when the driving direction was 45°, and the minimum overturning angle was 28.6° when the driving direction was 180°. The overturning angle was less than 30° between 165° and 195° in the driving direction. This is judged to be asymmetric because the harvesting section of the radish harvester is installed in the left front of the radish harvester. Accordingly, it is necessary to improve the overturning angle in order to drive and work the harvester, and to verify this, it is necessary for the overturning test of the actual harvester.
