The goal of agricultural research is to improve agricultural productivity and food quality while decreasing costs and increasing the profits. The problem of the precision technique is to provide the farmer with appropriate information, systems and control technology which is also affordable. Monitoring systems gather data on agricultural conditions to improve crop yield. IoT technology is trending in many industries, including smart agricultural monitoring. In typical farming, crops and cattle are handled manually, which wastes resources. To handle the data collected by the sensors, we make use of the many benefits of fuzzy systems by developing a set of fuzzy rules that is both precise and easy to grasp. The purpose of this article was to review the application of fuzzy-based system in smart agriculture works. Various technologies for crop sensing network technology, greenhouse management, and autonomous tractor for tillage operation are being developed based on fuzzy based system. With the use of these technologies, the agricultural sector in Korea will be able to combat manpower shortages and population aging, and can take a step forward.
