This study aims to investigate the characteristic of liquified fertilizer utility which is located in Gunwi County, Gyeongsangbuk-Do, Korea and evaluated membrane process reliability. Main results of this study were summarized as follows; In liquified fertilizer utility, a degradation of organic matters was about 50%
and a large amount of nitrogen was ammonium-N which means more dissolved oxygen would be needed to nitrification. When the membrane process was tested, C/N ratio was increased up to 3 times more higher than initial feed wastewater. Membrane flux was decreased very rapidly because of high concentration of organic and/or inorganic contaminants. For long term drive of membrane system, additional process such as coagulation, flocculation should be added.
